By accessing or using ShortsFarmer (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

ShortsFarmer provides an AI-powered explainer video creation tool. Users can create narrated, captioned short-form videos and export that content for social platforms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Platform operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased through subscription plans or one-time credit packs. Credits are deducted per generation based on the usage. The exact credit cost is shown transparently in advance, before any generation occurs.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation details.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Generate content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real individuals without consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform’s infrastructure.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or credit systems.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Output generated by AI services may be subject to third-party provider terms. ShortsFarmer does not claim ownership of your generated outputs.

The Platform itself — including its UI, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of ShortsFarmer, Inc. You may not copy or redistribute it.

We reserve the right to remove any generated content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, appropriate, or free of errors. Generation quality depends on third-party service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShortsFarmer, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data or credits due to service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Unused credits are non-refundable upon account termination for cause.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
