Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

After you cancel, your account remains active until the period ends. All credits you have — both monthly allotment and any purchased credit packs — remain available and usable through that date.

When the billing period ends, your account reverts to Free with 0 included credits. We will not charge your payment method on the next renewal date.

2. No Full Refunds on Subscriptions

We do not offer full refunds for subscription fees already charged. Because AI generation credits are consumed immediately upon use and the infrastructure cost is incurred at that point, subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

If you believe a charge was made in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a billing system error), contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and correct any verified mistakes.

3. Credit Packs

One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. Credits do not expire and carry over month to month regardless of your subscription status.

If you purchase a credit pack and no credits have been used, contact us within 48 hours and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

4. Failed Generations

If a generation attempt fails due to a platform error, credits deducted for that attempt are automatically refunded to your account. Refunds for failed generations are processed within minutes.

If you believe credits were incorrectly deducted for a failed generation, contact support and we will review your generation logs.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests case-by-case for situations including prolonged service outages, billing errors, or unauthorized account access. To request a review, email [email protected] with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

6. How to Cancel

  1. Go to Account → Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm cancellation. You will receive an email confirmation.

Your plan stays active until the end of the current period. No further action is required.
