Account data: Name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register.

Payment data: Billing details handled by our payment processor. We do not store raw card numbers or full payment credentials.

Usage data: Prompts submitted, credits consumed, generation history, and feature interactions.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and cookies used to operate the Platform.

Generated content: Media outputs stored in your account. You control visibility and deletion.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your prompts or generated content for training without explicit opt-in consent.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Generated media is retained until you delete it or close your account. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law. Deleted data is purged from backups within 90 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
